The applicant, Don Swain, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct an Accessory Structure [barn/workshop] that will encroach on designated Meadowland. The property is located at 153 Pike Hill Road in the Rural Residential District [RR] and is parcel id # 001004-500 in the Warren Grand List. Application #2018-13-CU will be reviewed under the Warren Land Use and Development Regulations as adopted by the Warren Select Board on March 25, 2008 and last amended November 11, 2012. [Table 2.13 Meadowland Overlay District [MO] and Article 5 Conditional Use Sec. 5.3 General Standards/Specific Standards].
